ME.
I was born in Eastern Europe in 1983. My professional journey began with a degree in Environmental Engineering — a discipline that taught me to think in systems, on long horizons and at the scale of structural impact. When the opportunities in my home country did not match my ambitions, I made a difficult but decisive choice.
I earned a second degree — an MBA in Project Management — and moved into the telecommunications industry, participating in the launch of a mobile operator and building a dealer network from the ground up.
The turning point came when I identified a far greater opportunity: the intersection of construction, real estate management and capital allocation. I founded a company specialising in construction, renovation and property management.
For over 13 years I have been building, renovating and managing real estate assets. Today, through Solara Estates Investments, I offer a comprehensive and fully confidential service at every stage of real estate investment in Spain — new construction, the secondary market and bank-repossessed property — supported by trusted partners from Spain, the United States, United Kingdom and Lithuania.
